  • We will provide a full refund of any payments made for the service.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the service at a mutually convenient time.

All refunds will be processed using the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider's processing times, typically 5-10 business days.

  • We will investigate the complaint and may offer one of the following resolutions:
    • Rectification of the service at no additional cost

3.3 Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Services that have been fully completed and delivered as specified.
  • Customized services specifically designed for the client's unique requirements.
  • Any third-party costs that have been incurred and cannot be recovered.
